 Product Availability and Variations
All of our products are hand-crafted and uniquely treated by our team of skilled artists in our studio. Due to the nature of the process, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur, ensuring each piece possesses its own distinct character. We strive to ensure that the products we offer are always available for purchase, but in the rare event that a product becomes unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible.

shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Preorders
Selected collections may be available for pre-order. Pre-orders are subject to availability and will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders will be provided at the time of purchase.

Returns and Refunds
We offer a 7-day free returns policy for all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please note that returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned item.
